Return and refund policy

We thank you for shopping from our store, and we guarantee you the right not to be satisfied with any commodity, but we invite you to review our policy of returning goods and retrieving money.
Retrieval of goods:
- Receive a product you didn't ask for and be the product you received.
- Receive a damaged product you didn't use.
- For open products, they can't be returned.
- For electronics, you can't return any product you used.
Recovery
If you get the product...
We will evaluate the returned product, including its return fee (except for freight charges to be borne by you). This applies to:
A damaged or defective product.
Any product you accidentally took from us is either wrong with the product itself or its price.
If you hadn't received the product,
You are entitled to receive the value of a product you have ordered and have not received if your purchase order is cancelled.
Products we don't get back.
You cannot return the following products:
Personal products in which a person may not participate.
Products that are quickly damaged or any product that you have ordered and have expired there.
Open products after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods after assessing their non-compliance with the conditions for return and at our own discretion.
Reverse goods
You're responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us, so when we send the shipping agent to your address you gave us, we won't be able to afford to destroy or lose anything from the product in the shipment, so we ask you to return the product through the mail service or any safe service, as we can't pay back the money without proof of receipt.
